Terms and Conditions

Placing an order with us confirms you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out below. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a shop/wholesaler, a contributor or you represent a large group, please contact us separately to enquire about different terms by emailing our sales team.

Our Goods

We offer a diary, wall calendar, and journals for sale, as described in our Online Shop.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last

Our Online Shop

We use an online shop - on this website - to handle our UK orders. This shop requires you to input some personal details in order for us to fulfil our delivery to you. If you want to know more about what information is collected and kept, please see our Privacy Policy.
Non-UK orders are processed through our Etsy shop only.

Payment

Payment in our Online Shop is required at the point of purchase. You can pay using PayPal or with debit or credit cards (via Stripe).

Confirmation of your order

After checking out and the payment for your order is successful you will receive a detailed email confirming your purchase. If for any reason you do not receive this email within 24 hours then please get in touch with us.

Acceptance

Your confirmed order is an offer to buy from us.

Paying by cheque

If you need a little more support, we can take payments via cheque. Get in touch with us before you do to check current prices and the required postage. Make your cheque payable to ‘Earth Pathways’ and send it with your order details and delivery address to us:

Dispatch

We will ship your goods to the address you have given us so it is your responsibility to ensure that this is correct.

We dispatch 2-3 times a week and more frequently at times of high demand (e.g. Christmas). Any orders received at weekends will be dispatched the following week.

Dispatch – UK Orders

Postage and packing rates are calculated in the online shop and will be clearly stated before you make your purchase. We use standard Royal Mail second-class postage to send UK parcels, with an option to upgrade to first-class postage at the checkout. To keep postage costs down we do not use a tracking service.
Royal Mail aims to deliver 98.5% of second-class mail items within 3 days of posting. While Royal Mail advises that customers should wait 28 days before reporting an item as 'missing', if your order has not arrived within a fortnight of us posting it, please contact us.

Dispatch – non-UK Orders

For orders to be sent to addresses outside the UK, please buy from us through our Etsy shop only.
This ensures a smoother delivery since the country’s customs forms and taxes are taken care of. We use International Standard Delivery for all overseas orders. This is not a tracked service and if you want an estimate of the delivery time for your order please contact us.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if our goods arrive damaged or they do not meet your expectations please contact us immediately by email or letter. Please explain the problem and provide your name, address, phone number, email address, date of purchase, and if possible, the order number.

Faulty or damaged goods will receive a refund or replacement.

Exchanges of goods must be authorised by us in advance. If goods are being returned these items must be packaged and posted at your own expense and we must receive them in their original condition. We suggest that items are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. Once we have received the items, we will issue you with a refund for the original product/s. Then you can place a new order. 

Cancellation policy

If you change your mind about making a purchase please email us immediately as we may be able to stop the processing/dispatch of your item. If we are able to stop the dispatch of your goods we will refund your money.

Data Accuracy

We strive to ensure that the information included in our products is as accurate as possible however we are human beings and occasionally mistakes are made. We suggest that you cross reference any astrological or festival data cited in our products before committing to activities for which this data is crucial. Earth Pathways does not take responsibility for any loss, disruption or other inconvenience caused by erroneous data.

Transactions made from this site are via an approved secure server. Your personal details will only be used in connection with Earth Pathways and all data protection rules apply. Please see our Privacy Policy.
