Shipping, Packaging and Posting
From our tree-encircled office in Derbyshire, we wrap your orders in eco-friendly packaging for delivery to UK addresses and to the rest of the world. We use the shipping information that you supply.
We often use a 'return address' sticker on the back of parcels so if you want a diary as a gift send us a message via email asking for plain packaging so that we don't give the game away!!!
We post out the orders 2-3 times a week, except the busy run-up to Yule/Christmas when we increase the frequency of our postings.
We do not use a tracking service but if you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order, contact us and we can let you know the exact date that your parcel was dispatched.
We use standard Royal Mail second-class postage to send UK parcels, with an option to upgrade to first-class postage at checkout. Royal Mail aims to deliver 98.5% of second-class mail items within 3 days of posting.
We are advised by our local Post Office that customers should wait 28 days before reporting an item as 'missing', however, if your diary has not arrived within a fortnight of us posting it, please get in contact with us.
For sending goods to addresses outside the UK, buy from us through our Etsy shop. This ensures a smoother delivery since the country’s taxes are taken care of.
We use International Standard Delivery for all overseas orders. These parcels should take between 3 to 7 working days to arrive.
Secure payment
We encourage you to use the shopping cart that we have set up on our website along with the secure electronic payment options that are offered.
To pay by cheque
If you need a little more support, we can take payments via cheque. Get in touch with us to check current prices. Make your cheque payable to ‘Earth Pathways’ and send it - with your order details and delivery address - to us.

***Please also bear in mind that we may not cash your cheque immediately; with up to a few weeks delay before we can get to a bank. Don’t be surprised if your goods arrive before your cheque is cashed!***

We offer discounted rates for group bulk buys subject to:
A minimum order of 5 diaries to one postal address and/or
A minimum order of 5 calendars to one postal address and/or
A minimum order of 5 journals to one postal address.
